RUF at NC State is a Christian campus ministry welcoming students from all walks of life, both the “convinced” and the “unconvinced”. In RUF we do not think any of us has it all together, and so we all need to hear the good news that God has provided Jesus to bring healing and restoration to broken people.
CRU at ECU is about one main thing. The desire is for every student, staff and faculty at ECU to have the opportunity to have a loving and sensible conversation about the person and work of Jesus Christ – and have an opportunity to respond to Christ.
The Goodwins will be joining Steffen & Elizabeth Mueller in planting the Gospel Church München. Specifically, for Sam this means helping in the areas of evangelism, discipleship, teaching and preaching. Elizabeth hopes to use her gift of hospitality within the church and for outreach into the community.
“Cru” is short for Campus Crusade for Christ, an inter-denominational Christian ministry that has been at Duke for over 40 years. CRU exist to help students connect with Jesus Christ and with each other during their time in college.
The Wadham family lives in Washington State where they serve the Lummi Nation through relational evangelism, and mentoring/discipleship, with the long term goal of planting a Native church. Check out their latest newsletter.
The purpose of RUF is to build a community on the college campus that reaches students of divergent beliefs and doubts with the message of the gospel and equips them to love and serve Jesus and his church.
